MSC Cruise Line Transfer Request Form

Please save and complete the below request form if you would like to transfer your existing booking Dream Vacation Planners LLC.

MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Booked direct in the past 60 days

• NOT paid in full yet

Once all fields are filled out, email to MSC at the below address (not the email listed on the form):

Once the booking has been transferred, please email us to notify

• info@dreamvacationplannersnd.com

The decision to submit a transfer request assumes you agree to the following:

• Once my booking is transferred, I understand that I will authorize all future booking payments through Dream Vacation Planners' payment link, unless I already set up scheduled payments. All payments will still go directly to the cruise line.

• I am requesting that Dream Vacation Planners LLC operates as my travel agency, and I agree to their Terms and Conditions located at this link:
