Hello, my name is Cheryl, and I live in Fargo, ND. I work in healthcare as a Radiology Manager and a Registered Radiologic Technologist. I love my job because I can help make sure my patients and their families feel safe and comfortable. There is nothing more rewarding than knowing I have made a difference in someone's life when they need it most.
Recently, I started a new adventure as a travel agent. I have always loved traveling and planning trips for my family, so I decided to help others do the same. As a travel agent, I help customers choose destinations, plan trips, make travel arrangements, and provide great customer service. My goal is to make sure my clients have the best experience possible, and I am dedicated to excellent customer service.

Professional Planning Service Fees
All Inclusive Resorts Service Planning Fees
Resorts in Caribbean and Mexico are $100 per room.
All other destinations are $200 per room.
Additional Booking and Service Fees
Domestic Airfare $25 per ticket
International Airfare $50 per ticket
Amtrack and Rail Passes $25 per ticket
Hotel Only Booking $25 per Room
Rental Car $25 per booking
Cruise Service Planning Fees
All cruise line reservations are a flat fee of $50 per room.
When you engage in our services you can expect to pay the following professional services fees depending upon your travel planning needs. We understand that one size does NOT fit all for travel planning. We have designed a pricing structure that allows you to pay for the services most suitable for your situation.
Our Professional Services Fee covers your consultation, our research and recommendations, preparation of quotes and itineraries, reserving and booking each element of your trip, securing quotes for comprehensive travel insurance, administration of your booking from deposit to departure, and follow-up post-trip with suppliers (as needed). Charging a fee allows us to allocate the appropriate time and resources needed during this important phase of itinerary development.
The Service Planning Fee is non-refundable should you decide you don’t want to book the trip or cancel the trip for whatever reason including a force majeure event as defined in our terms and conditions. If you decide you’d like to explore a different destination entirely additional fees may apply.
Other Fees
CANCELLATION FEE- All trips (including, but not limited to a cruise or group trip) that are cancelled prior to departure for any reason are subject to a cancellation fee of $250 per room or 10% per hotel for hotel-only bookings
LATE BOOKING FEE – Travel that is requested less than 45 days prior to departure will be subject to a $200 late booking fee, which is in addition to the standard trip service planning fees.
REBOOKING FEE – Should you need to rebook your trip, for whatever reason, you may be subject to a rebooking fee of $200 each time you need to rebook a single trip.
If your trip planning needs do not fall in to any of the above categories, we are happy to discuss your specific needs and decide upon an appropriate fee.
Please note, fees are subject to change based on a trip’s complexity and services required, as determined by your travel advisor.
